If you have not visited our club or not used our online booking system before you must first complete the following Visitor Registration Form. The registration process applies to both day visitors and those bringing their own touring facilities for a longer stay. Before completing the Form we first ask that you read our Visitor Information and Rules section. On completion tick the box to say you agree to the conditions and then click the submit button. Your form will automatically be emailed to our booking team. They will then review your request and if successful you will be notified via e mail with a password allowing you access to our online booking system.
If we require further assistance in assessing your application the bookings team may contact you directly by email or phone. The bookings team will try to respond quickly however as you can hopefully appreciate we are all volunteers and we do therefore ask for your patience.
When you click the submit button the registration contact form will automatically be sent to the bookings team. If you wish to contact them for anything associated with bookings of if you have previously registered and forgotten your password and wish a new one please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If your request to visit is denied (which is unusual) you will be notified via e mail and we are sorry but we will not enter into any correspondence concerning the reasons and there is no appeal process.
We no longer accept bookings over the phone.
On your first visit, you will be required to provide a Photo identity e.g. a Passport or a driving licence and proof of your address e.g. a recent utility bill. You will not be admitted if you fail to bring these documents with you.
